Easter in the Loue Valley, France
Spent a wonderful Easter weekend in the Loue Valley.
I can't believe it's already April and Easter has passed. But I have been busy and that makes time fly. Before Easter we started on our vegetable patch and planted flowers. Now we watch everything bloom and like to see the progress our lettuce and radishes are making. Today we planted some more lettuce, onions and flowers.
But back to Easter. We headed over the border to France for a long weekend in the Loue Valley. This time we got lucky with the weather and it only rained at night. During the day it was mostly sunny, but still quite cool, and we had to make frequent stops in cafés for a warming drink. The area is very pretty and there are many quaint villages and towns. We think it would be nice to return when it's a little warmer and go on some hikes.
