My husband and I spent Easter Sunday in Venice. While I have been there so many times that I've stopped counting, it was my husband's first time. So I showed him around, stopping at all the usual tourist stops. The next time we go, I want to explore the quieter areas and some of the other islands I haven't been to yet. We decided on taking a boat to Murano and then from there back to the train station. Everyone got off in Murano and we were almost the only passangers. That made for a very special ride.

I tried to capture a quieter Venice this time. Next time I'd like to see the sun rise over the Piazza San Marco.
